We use Adobe for signing routine documents because this is well known and easy to use software. However, from time to time we may need you to sign documents that require a higher level of security and in these circumstances we use Digidentity.
This is the same software provider that we use for our electronic verification and it is therefore likely that our clients would already have the app and an account set up with Digidentity. In order to take advantage of this secure signature offering you would need an Android smartphone operating system of version 9 or above or an Apple i-phone of IOS 14 or above. You would also need a passport or identity card that has a biometric chip.
