Our aim will be to be proactive in settling your dispute as swiftly as possible having regard to your desired outcome.
Whilst some cases may proceed to a “litigation” stage we will seek to resolve the dispute in the most efficient and flexible way possible, which is likely to include strong negotiations and/or mediation.
