Mediation
Following a relationship breakdown, it may be difficult to agree on the distribution of property or, if you have children, where they will live. Mediation allows families to negotiate on terms of the separation and future child arrangements in a controlled environment to reach the best decision for all parties. Mediation is a requirement before any matter proceeds to Court (with there being some limited exceptions) and therefore early engagement can greatly assist matters in progressing in a timely and cost effectively manner.
Mediation can cover financial support for families, sharing assets and childcare. Our firm will assist in helping you in coming to an amicable arrangement ultimately upholding the best interests of your family.
