Sean Dyer
Sean graduated with a 2:1 LLB (Hons) in Business Law followed by the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff Law School which he passed with Commendation.
Sean started his training with Eaton-Evans and Morris Solicitors in 1996 and graduated as a solicitor in 1998 and has been a partner/director since 2010. Sean’s main areas of expertise cover the following:
- Wills, Estates and Probate
- Contentious Trusts and Probate matters
- Civil and commercial dispute resolution
- Mediation/ADR
- Contentious property matters
In December 2021 Sean passed the Society of the Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), which is the specialist qualification for solicitors dealing with Wills and Probate matters, Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation. He is also a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and therefore is able to deal with both contentious and non-contentious Wills and Probate matters. Sean is also an Associate Member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
To compliment this further, Sean is also a qualified Civil and Commercial Mediator having gained his qualification with the ADR group and is qualified to act either as a Mediator or to represent clients in civil and commercial dispute resolution matters.
Sean is the firm's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice as well as a former President of the West Wales Law Society. In his spare time Sean enjoys karate and watching rugby.
